Graham Handley Architects required a Quantity Surveying Practice able to prepare Budget Estimates for their clients at feasibility stage that were accurate, flexible and cost effective. Trinity Place were able to tailor the budget estimate to suit GHA’s requirements at minimal cost.
Our Lady and the English Martyrs Catholic Church, Cambridge. This landmark building comprises substantial premises. Trinity Place is proud to have been successful in securing the Quantity Surveying and Project Management Services for the complete refurbishment and remodelling of the Parish Rooms containing the Main Hall, Music Room and various meeting rooms together with commercial kitchen, toilet accommodation and kitchenette. The contract completed within the original budget and agreed timescale.
Neston Court, a residential development of 10 luxury apartments. The developer was requested by the bank to appoint a Monitoring Surveyor to prepare substantial reports both before and during development. Trinity Place were able to finalise negotiations with the bank and ensure a reliable cash flow for the developer.
Soham Methodist Church were looking to update the hall together with kitchen, toilet accommodation and meeting rooms for a substantial number of years. Trinity Place were chosen to finally sift through the options on a very limited budget and agreed with the church to design and project manage the scheme from inception to completion. During the project, Trinity Place worked closely with an aluminium window company to pilot a new frame section to accurately replicate the original steel window frames in consultation with the Local Authority Conservation Officer. The scheme came in on the original budget.
Crusader House, the Huntingdon headquarters of St John Ambulance, recently received a new extension to provide additional accommodation and Trinity Place are proud to have provided Quantity Surveying Services for the scheme.
